My name is Michelle Butin and I have been working as a customer service specialist for the last seven years. And I had a chance to become a Virtual Assistant in an online platform three years ago. I was able to integrate my skills as a customer service specialist and Virtual Assistant.

-Basic knowledge of E-commerce platforms like Shopify, email platforms like Zendesk, and order processing platforms like Oberlo.

-A proven multi-tasking talent with an ability to manage multiple high-priority assignments and order processing tasks.
