As a customer service representative, one must always go the extra mile in solving the issue of the customer. As cliche as it may sound, we should always put our selves into their shoes. If you're in that situation, what will you do? If you're frustrated, what will make you happy? things like that. :)

During my stay in the BPO industry, I was able to become a Customer Service Representative/Technical Support/Sales Agent. I have handled accounts from telecommunications, to accounting software and anti-virus softwares. These experiences honed my skills in dealing with different type of clients in different type of situations. This enhanced my ability to multi-task and to always apply critical thinking.

With my previous work as an Insurance Specialist, this work honed my keen eye for details. As an Insurance Specialist we have to be detail oriented as we are explaining the policy coverage on a daily basis to all clients and customers. I was able to assist them by answering their inquiries in three ways, phone, email and fax requests.
I am confident that I can handle any task that is given to me and im eager to learn new things for the betterment of the campaign and of course myself.
