Hi! I’m Michelle Chavez, Team Lead for Financial Close to my current employer. I believe Financial Review & Analysis and Month End Reporting including Bank and Accounts Reconciliation are my forte grown by my years of experience in different fields of accounting which details you can refer in my resume. So I want to highlight to you 3 things about me that is not on it. First, for me accounting is an art which tells that we as an accountants have our own, our individual ways on how to efficiently work and provide an output. As long as we’re hitting and meeting at the target on date, everything is perfect. Which goes to my number 2, as a Lead, I help my team members to the best of my ability to find their best individual ways, their strength to hit our goal. Their success is the success of the team as one. Finally, accounting wise, I may not be a CPA but I guarantee to you that I am the best in what I do. This introduction may not be enough to explain it but I believe that my previous bosses can affirm to that. And with your company. I am looking forward to grow more and better on my leadership skill.
