Previous roles as a Project based Customer Service Agent at 24/7 AI where i handled sales account provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. 

After my contract with 24/7 i was hired by Ubiquity Global Services as a Risk Fraud Investigator where i handled financial Account . Were the one investigating Card holder filed disputes and individual transactions which appeared suspicious to uncover possible fraudulent activity , i also handled high dollar end to end transaction for 2 years as an RFA i got promoted as an Project Coordinator/ EA where i handled operations Engagement, Driving employee retention , Organizing events and assisting executives and up for their items. As an EA im the on takng charge of executive's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Set up and coordinate meetings, which includes scheduling, creating agendas, and taking notes. Examine and prioritize incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

Ensure effective communication is maintained and coordinated between executives and internal/external stakeholders. As per the team's needs, prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents. Conduct research and compile information to help with decision-making processes. Maintain a high level of professionalism while handling confidential information with discretion.

Assist in managing projects and keep track of action items from meetings.

Manage administrative duties, which involve expense reporting, filing, and other unforeseen tasks. proactive in anticipating the needs of the executive team and addressing them.
