Dear Hiring Manager,

I started working in the Business Process Outsourcing department with Aegis back in 2011. This is my first job that’s completely different from what I was doing the prior year. I’ve learned how to listen to my customers and make sure to probe further in order for me to understand and thus provide the best solution to the customer’s problem. I’ve moved to other companies seeking for career growth and to learn something new that I haven’t learned before. These valuable skills enable me to transition to a slightly different field which is sales and eventually as a virtual assistant. Experience tells me that the best qualities anyone can possess to be the best in their chosen fields are qualities such as time management, empathy, interpersonal skills, attention to detail, integrity and the constant desire to improve one’s work just to name a few. I derive meaning from knowing that I’m able to share the knowledge and skills I’ve gained whether thru my work or thru my interactions with my fellow human being.
