I am a strategic and results-driven technology executive with over 25 years of experience leading digital transformation, IT project delivery, and fintech innovation across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. My journey began in system development and data warehousing, and has evolved into global leadership roles where I bridge business strategy with scalable technology solutions.
Throughout my career, I have led high-impact initiatives for major enterprises, financial institutions, and governments—including the implementation of enterprise data platforms, embedded finance systems, mobile wallets, and digital payment infrastructure. I’ve had the privilege of driving delivery for major programs such as the Oracle-to-Snowflake DWH migration at PAMA (Astra Group), the Front Arena Treasury System for Bank Mandiri and Bank Danamon, and the nationwide deployment of Verifone X990 terminals integrated with a multi-brand UTMS platform.
As Deputy PMO for Etisalat’s Moov Money initiative, I managed complex, cross-border fintech implementations across nine African countries—navigating regulatory landscapes, building local-global delivery frameworks, and aligning product innovation with market needs. I’ve also been deeply involved in FaaS and BaaS projects for partners like Starbucks Indonesia, Kredivo, KAI Access, and Bank Index, designing embedded financial experiences that integrate seamlessly into the user journey.
Currently, I am the Founder of PT Teman Pintar Indonesia, an AI-first venture building purpose-driven platforms such as TemanBicara (emotional support via WhatsApp), TemanTarot (AI self-reflection), and TemanAntar (zero-commission ride-hailing). My mission is to simplify access to digital services that empower communities—through the power of AI, automation, and thoughtful design.
What sets me apart is my ability to lead across cultures and disciplines—from technical architecture to commercial partnership building, from hands-on delivery to high-level strategy. I thrive in fast-paced environments where innovation must meet governance, and where execution requires both precision and empathy.
