In my freelance roles, I’ve managed product listings, tracked orders, updated inventories, organized receipts, and maintained accurate digital records using tools like Google Drive, Google Sheets, and cloud storage platforms.

I’ve also worked as a technical support representative for a global telecommunications client, where I handled customer support through calls, chat, and email. This experience developed my ability to follow structured processes, resolve concerns professionally, and communicate effectively across multiple channels.

I am a 4th-year Computer Science undergraduate currently on academic hold, giving me the time and flexibility to focus fully on remote work. My tech background allows me to adapt quickly to new systems, work independently, and provide efficient, detail-oriented support in fast-paced environments.
