I had been working as Customer Service Specialist for almost 10 years providing excellent and quality service and resolution to customers either by phone and/or email. Having conversation with clients is one of the things I love most in my job. I also became a Coach or Team Leader in previous BPO and KPO companies. Recently, I was Virtual Assistant in one of the Property Management Companies based in Florida in which my main task are Data Entry, researching, processing account receivables and payables.
