I started working as a Digital Marketing Assistant who handles a multitude of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Creating, managing, and optimizing Facebook ads campaigns, Google search ads, Linkedin Ads, Bing Ads, and most recently Tiktok Ads.
- Creating simple to complex automation using Activecampaign, GoHighLevel, and Zapier.
- Creating daily, weekly, and monthly performance report for advertising campaigns.
- Landing page creation and optimization using Clickfunnels, GoHighLevel, and Unbounce.
Then I was promoted to Digital Marketing Manager. At this point, I was directly speaking to the clients and working with them as their project manager. This means:
- Being in a meeting with the client and discussing marketing strategies and/or projects.
- Defining the project and coming up with all of the tasks that needed to be done.
- Assigning the tasks to the designated department.
- Quality checks the outputs from tasks provided to different departments.
- Send it back to the designated department if I deem that it does not meet the client's and/or company's standards.
- Send the outputs to the client for approval.
- Implementation of the project or task.
- Reporting back to the client on the project's progress and/or result.
