About

2018 was the year I started working as a sales rep

in a call center. By the passage of the years I

expanded my specialty criteria to appointment

setting, email marketing, customer support,

Closer and SDR.

To be exact I worked for a financial industry as telemarketing rep which I used to target college students who had loan

difficulties by asking them questions and qualifying them

to help them get on their financial problems with a loan

plan. We used to make cold-calls, qualify and finally

transfer the leads to the senior manager.

Then I moved forward to a company named Canadian pharmacy which my roll as an Account Executive - Sales Rep was Building up connections with regular and new clients.

Generating leads and potential customers. Selling

pharmaceuticals to regular and new customers. Making

sales in range of $100 to more than $4000 in each order.

Sending about 50 emails a day.

After that a company named Rozamoon - SaaS as an Appointment setter, my responsibilities were first, finding leads (mostly businesses

like restaurants, Cafés, hotels and salons), second qualifying

them by asking them series of questions and finally setting

appointments with them to introduce our management

software.

Next one was; Infinity media- Marketing and advertising I worked for them as closer.

Closing deals in 2 to 10 months contacts clients in the

price range of $400 to $8000 (AUD).

Contacting the clients and following them up with email,

phonecall, social media and online meetings in multiple

interactions.

Then I moved forward to a company named Caremark - Hospital & Health Care as customer support. My responsibilities were to organize schedules based on the

carers availabilities. Consider and research about the patients'

health status. Check with the carers and the patients to make

sure the schedule is ideal for both sides throughout emails and

warm-calls.

And for the last job: Virtual assistance for Skimple - Leisure.

We used to target the Jewish community to introduce our

services such as vacations, tours, and cruises, first scraping

leads from different platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook,

Instagram, and travel agencies websites, and second

starting to email our leads.
