For some people, they think that assisting customers through chat is an easy task than talking to them. For me, this is entirely the opposite. You must be really careful about how you will construct your sentence before sending them in order to prevent misunderstanding. This is where I'm really good at because I always tend to put myself in the customer's situation where I still follow the policy of the company.

I have an almost 3 years experience working as a Live Chat/Chat Support Representative. I've worked with Alibaba.com, Verizon Wireless and Balsam Hill. For the first and second experience, It was an office-based job and Balsam Hill was my first home-based project. Hoping that I can add an experience on my freelancing. I'm used to having 3 interaction at a time and I'm also capable of composing a great email response.
