I worked as a Financial Executive at AXA Philippines in Pagadian City from April 2022 to April 2024. My main goal was to make sure our clients had a smooth experience when filing claims. I guided them through the process, made sure they had the right documents, and even checked in with them regularly to see how they were doing. I also looked for ways to help our existing clients with their financial needs, like offering them additional products that might be a good fit. When clients had questions, I made sure to get back to them quickly with clear, easy-to-understand answers. And to grow our business, I came up with strategies to reach new clients in a competitive market.
