I am a customer service associate for almost 8 years in a BPO industry. I am computer literate ( MS excel, word and power point). I have excellent skill in maintaining customer relations. I have handled multiple accounts such as with telecommunications (billing, basic troubleshooting and sales), Health Insurance (benefits and claim processing) and was able to support providers (doctor, medical representatives, etc.) and member services, and Financial or bank industry (making payments, educating customers with online and telephone banking, and helping them manage their accounts).

I am happy to use the skills that i have to foster and enhance the projects that will be assigned to me. I am a hard worker and self motivated person who is very reliable for every work i accept. I have a strong passion to learn new things and use them to increase my knowledge as I increase my skills.
