I am a deaf who is looking for an opportunity to work in the field of customer service as a nonvoice or back office support. Being a deaf is not a hindrance for me to be able to continue my career. I believe that most of the employers are not looking after the disability of an employee, but instead employers are looking for an employee who are diligent, honest, responsible and capable of doing his/her work with less supervision. As for my professional experience, I have worked abroad in the field of customer service for more than seven years, worked locally as a part-timer with Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) project and worked in a College Institution for almost two years. I am currently a full time mother and work as a freelance sales representative at Tupperware Brands Philippines. If I get hired, I will certainly extend my utmost dedication and support to my employer, that they will never regret hiring a deaf but competent person like me.
