I have been working for 10 years now. Started as a Customer service/Collections Specialist for 5 years, as a Chat support/Back office Rep for a year and worked my way up from Agent to Quality/Training Team. I have been enjoying my time working as a Quality Analyst. I am a team player, keen to details and can work under a minimal supervision. Have experience in managing teams. I like to share ideas that can help improve the service being provided and accepts suggestions to learn new things that can help me grow. providing feedback is one of the duties that I love to do because I can both help the agents and the company achieving its goals. When I got pregnant and had to stop working onsite, I tried to become a VA which I was instantly hired to a local media company in the US in which I handled their social media accounts and sales. Over the past 10 years that I have been working I can say that I am fully equipped and is ready to take on any roles that will be given to me.
