Merlyrose Alburo

I am Merlyrose Alburo I have been employed by the Local Government Unit of Cataingan as a Human Resource Management Officer . In my work I am intimately involved in all operational and strategic HR decisions that the LGU makes. I have become used to working in a fast paced environment. My years of employment in the HR sector have equipped me with skills, Key amongst these is my knowledge of HR procedures, employment legislation, job evaluation procedures, performance management and people management.At the moment I am looking for a challenging role where there is the possibility of future progression. I will work self-directed and figure things out whenever possible.
