• I have an experience in BPO industry since 2005, having said that, I have been with
different call centers, I was assigned to different type of account including, reservation and
ticketing.
• I was also selected number of times to assist trainer and supervisor with the new
employees during their training and their first week in operations. I also assisted supervisors in
make sure that agents were able to follow their assigned schedules.
• I’m a positive person, I always see good thing even on a bad situation, and having that
attitude, that makes the job more lighter and fun. I also believe that if people are having fun,
enjoying and happy on what they do, they stay and value the company.
• I been in a BPO industry for a long time now, and I was able to develop my people skills,
communication skill and my leadership skills.
• I've also work as a school secretary for almost 3 years, and pretty much very much
aware of office work duties and responsibilities.
