I am a Certified HR Professional, Executive Assistant, Recruiter and Admin specialist, I possess over 8 years' experience in the aforementioned field.

Running the end-to-end recruitment process which largely includes getting authorization to recruit, preparation of job description, advertisement on different job boards, screening CVs (sometimes with the use of applicant tracking system-ATS), scheduling interviews, engaging qualified candidates in interview sessions, salary negotiation, drafting offer letter, onboarding new lateral hires etc.

I am skilled in calendar management, email correspondence, document preparation, and proficient in tools like Microsoft 365, Trello, Asana, slack,Discord, Jira, Notion, mail chimp and Google Workspace.

I am also vast in operational management and administrative duties, I do policy drafting and strategy implementation, employee engagement as well as compensation and benefits, Managing office expenses(Float/Petty Cash), sending out invoices and confirmation of payment, I also do great with email and social media management.
