Mercy Wanjiru

Hi there! I’m a business administrator with a passion for building systems that work on site, behind the scenes and more so across all time zones. My journey started in the construction industry, where I learned how to juggle blueprints, budgets, and timelines (and how to survive endless coffee-fueled meetings). From there, I moved into the hospitality world, where I sharpened my people skills and learned how to keep things running smoothly.

Along the way, I discovered my knack for project management and dove into the research industry, leading projects from start to finish, aligning teams, and turning ideas into structured, deliverable realities. I thrive on problem-solving, organizing chaos, and making sure everyone’s moving in the same direction.

Most recently, I’ve taken my skill set into the corporate remote world—bringing structure, flexibility, and human connection to digital spaces. Whether I’m managing tasks across time zones or finding better ways to streamline team communication or supporting a growing team, I love making remote work… actually work.

If I had to sum up my approach: I’m a builder at heart of systems, relationships, and of progress. whether I’m leading a project or collaborating behind the scenes, I bring energy, empathy, and a creative spark into everything I do.
