I'm a Virtual Assistant who’s curious by nature and loves learning how businesses really work. Over the past year, I’ve worked closely with executives, clients, and teams ,scheduling client meetings, receiving and processing orders, and creating product catalogues that made communication easier for everyone. Those experiences taught me that even small, behind-the-scenes tasks can make a big difference in how smooth and professional a business feels to its clients.

I enjoy problem-solving and staying organized, but what excites me most is working with people. I like making clients feel supported, responding quickly when something urgent comes up, and keeping things on track so no one feels lost in the process.

I’ve also built a solid toolkit with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, Monday.com, Canva, Fireflies, and Otter.ai tools that help me work well in remote teams. I pick up new tools quickly, so I’m always ready to adapt if a company uses something different.

Outside of work, I’m investing in myself by taking courses in content creation and virtual assistance. I believe in growing every day, and I like combining what I learn with real-world tasks.

At the heart of it, I’m a reliable, curious, and resourceful person who enjoys making life easier for others. I’m looking forward to roles where I can bring my mix of organization, communication, and fresh ideas to help businesses run more smoothly.
