As an HR Officer, I handled end-to-end recruitment, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR documentation with a focus on compliance and employee welfare. Transitioning into a Tax Compliance Associate role, I managed the preparation and filing of various tax returns, ensuring strict adherence to regulatory deadlines and requirements.
Currently, I serve as an Administrative Assistant at LGU Malay, where I support Internal Audit functions and help implement Anti-Red Tape Authority (ARTA) measures to improve efficiency and transparency in public service.
