In my most recent role as a Compensations & Benefits Analysts at Emaar Hospitality Group (EHG), I analysed company staffs’ compensations and processes the data through multiple system as tools,  then present them into dashboard report to Senior Management. I am the core member for projects related to staff strength, workforce productivity and, system implementation and enhancement for HRIS and HR compensations. During my tenure with EHG, I have gained to be sharped and fast in analysing data, and complete the work at a high standard.

I work well both independently and collaboratively, and have a positive attitude. Among my peers, I am regarded as a problem-solver and a motivator.
