I have a total of 7 years experience with BPO Company working on a US Healthcare Industry. I've been a Customer Service Representative for 3 years, wherein I answer inquiries for eligibility, quoting benefits, claims denial status and authorization. I also been a Senior Quality Evaluator for 3 years wherein I monitor calls and evaluate them. Then I also have an experience for 1 year and 8 months as a Quality Supervisor, where I do coaching for 10-13 Senior Quality Evaluators and meeting with different stakeholders to present the performance of the program that I am supporting.
