I started my BPO career in 2008 when I joined PCM, Inc. (formerly registered as OSRP LLC); an e-Commerce
company that offers technology products and services with direct marketing capabilities through distribution and
logistics. I was assigned as a Sales Account Executive for their Consumer and SMB Division. My first 4-years
consist of B2B and B2C Sales and Sales Support through inbound and outbound sales, resolving customer related
issues and handle tech inquiries with an overall focus in adding value to customer experience through excellent
product knowledge and superb customer service. Additionally, I was also tasked to coach and monitor new hires
that was deployed to learn in the operations floor in real time.
After 4-years of excellent production, KPI and being one of, if not, the best Sales Rep in terms of generating
revenue, I was trusted with greater responsibilities by being selected to pioneer the Corporate Sales Team in
2012.
During this time in mid-2012, I gained extensive experience and growth by being immersed in handling
Corporate Accounts in the US. I was honored with working closely with businesses not just by being their direct
Sales Rep but by becoming an extension of their organization as their advisor, consultant and go-to person for
technology related concerns and solutions. Aside from these, I still continued doing inbound and outbound sales,
worked closely with distribution partners for quotes and competitive costs to make sure my accounts receive the
best pricings, superior account management with an overall emphasis on sales, revenue generation and building
relationship with internal and external customers.
I decided to leave the company in late-2016 when I started to feel the effects of working in graveyard shift for
almost 10-years. At that time I decided to invest in a car and work for Uber Philippines and Grab Philippines to
enjoy the benefits of the freedom to earn income whenever and wherever, to which I am still doing to this day,
and spend more time with my growing daughter as a single father.
