I have approximately 5 years of customer service and administrative
experience and have served as a versatile team member in a variety of
environments. Driven by passion and the determination to make a positive

Duties included answering and directing calls, managing social media pages,
handling customer requests digitally, data entry, preparing learning materials

Along with general customer service duties, coordinated the weekly
appearances of PTT representatives on the organization’s “Resourceful
Parents” radio segment on Heartbeat Radio 104.1. Additional duties included
managing social media accounts, coordinating attendance at outreach
events, assisting with the administration and preparation of workshops, basic
website maintenance, preparing graphics for marketing purposes and
infographics, and general office assistance tasks.

Clerical Assistant • Arima Health Facility
Primarily stationed in the Medical Records department, assisted with filing,
composing medical reports, and general clerical activities. Additionally, filled
in at various stations when staff was short, including at the PBX switchboard
and GP and other clinics to take patient information and liaise with nurses.
In many of my positions I wore many hats, performing tasks in numerous
areas throughout the company/organization. This variety of tasks and work
environments has afforded me a unique collection of experience and skills
that I am eager to continue building.

• Volunteered as an article contributor to the Single Mothers Speak blog for
the organization “Global Network for the Advancement of Single Mothers”
(GNASM) for the period 2020 – 2021. A total of 7 articles were contributed
and published.
• Engaging in a variety of online learning, including courses in Social and
Counselling Psychology
• Composed a mathematics handbook, edited and composed questions for
English workbooks, and created and delivered lessons and quizzes for
primary school level students
• Digitized a handwritten manuscript for a local author
