Hi, my name is Melody from Cebu City, Philippines. I have worked in the BPO industry for the last five years. I started working as a customer service representative at Sprint Telco, a telecommunications company in the United States wherein I handle inbound calls for account inquiry, billing and handle complains. Afterwards I joined a distribution company in the Philippines as an Invoice Processor at the business operations department. My main tasks is to generate invoices and maintain records. Then I was transfered to the Credit and Collection Department specifically handling A/R wherein I track account receivable balance, post payment, generate aging reports, resolve billing disputes and reconcile transactions.
I am highly organized and detailed oriented. I can easily adapt to change and do multi- tasking really well while maintaining accuracy. I can collaborate with a team as I am easy to approach with but I can also do work under minimal to no supervision.
