Melissa Mukumbiri

I am currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration at the University of People which is in California USA. It has taught me about business management, accounting, communication skills and marketing skills. I also have a diploma in Virtual Assistance with African Leadership X which is in Nairobi, Kenya and it has taught me about skills like email, calls and calendar management, data entry, customer services, schedule management internet research, transcribing, and project management. It has also taught me about using technical tools such as Google workspace, MS workspace, trello, and canvas. I'm self motivated and l am great at time management. As l have been told I also have great team leadership skills l am proactive. I also have great emotional management skills and l can work under minimum supervision. Furthermore, l can work under pressure. I love reading, learning new things like cultures and languages and l also enjoy gardening.
