I have more than 7 years of experience in Data Entry. I've been handling an Australian account for more than 5 years, where their business is about maintenance. My responsibilities include handling day-to-day tasks through the main email of the company, entering jobs/quotes, following up on payments from clients, following up on stock with the supplier, and creating reports. Another experience I had was with a New Zealand client for 2 years, where their business is about manufacturing/ embroidering. My role involved entering the program of the garments to order them on the website. I also followed up on the stocks and updated the customer.
