I am a full-time instructional designer, which consists of technical writing, editing, and course content creation. I work mostly in Word and PowerPoint, but occasionally create videos in Camtasia. Previously I worked in internal communications where I managed the company intranet, and provided 90% of the content. This included writing articles, conducting employee interviews, editing and posting videos, and creating graphics using Photoshop or Canva. I also managed the company's social media accounts for two+ years. I've been writing in a personal blog on Wordpress for over three years, and have extensive experience using Instagram and Pinterest to promote blog traffic.
