My work experience mostly comes from the call center industry. I have worked with different types of accounts. My first job was with a Telecom company where we made outbound calls and convinced customers to avail of a long-distance plan. I was among the top 10 sales representatives. I got promoted to become a team leader. I also handled calls for insurance under the government. Under the government insurance, we assisted calls for seniors, persons with disability, and people who were getting their insurance through the government. I also handled calls for automobile insurance with their membership and emergency towing services. I worked for an insurance company for their pharmacy department that deals with their customer's medication. I got promoted to a higher tier level in just one month. I worked in a US telecom as a technical support representative. I've handled troubleshooting for customers' mobile issues. I also worked in an Australian Telco as a customer service and technical support representative. My achievements are the satisfaction I received from my customers and recognition from my bosses. I have learned a lot from my past working experiences from different kinds of training and being professional. When I'm working with a company, I always give my best foot forward. I work diligently. I am a team player.
