I have 3 years working experience in administration specializing in performing routine tasks like handling correspondence, data entry, scheduling appointments, answering phone calls and managing files. Over the years I have honed my skills in customer service, computer literacy, problem solving, prioritizing workloads, sound communication and time management. My duties were not limited to scheduling of appointments, organizing meetings and events, arranging travel plans, answering phone calls and taking messages, monitoring stock levels and welcoming customers.I earned a degree in Administration from the University of Zimbabwe in 2019 .
