I have more than 20 years experience of being an Accounts Payable clerk. In my line of work, we have to meet month end deadlines. My duties are to request original tax invoices, credit notes and statements from vendors, balancing and reconciling vendor and auditor accounts, compiling monthly reports ( in excel) of outstanding vendor queries and accruals, communicating with vendors via email or telephonic to resolve queries and capturing vendor payments into company's bank accounts. Further more, do I create and load new vendor accounts and prepare BOP forms for foreign vendor payments. I worked on systems like SAP and Syspro and have a fair knowledge of Microsoft Office.

I have also been a personal assistant to a site engineer in Zimbabwe where I typed letters, did data entry work and casual wages for 26 employees.

Currently I'm a business partner where I assist in the manufacturing and social media marketing of our product.

I'm a honest, hardworking Christian who always gives 100% and pride myself on accurate delivery of projects and I love a challenge and are always eager to learn.

I'm fluent in Afrikaans and English and love to crochet, take long walks and shopping.
