Good day, I am Melanie Boots Reyes. I have been in the call center industry for 23 years now.

I served as an HR personnel and recruiter at Kalutasan Inc., a staffing agency specializing in placing Filipino engineers with clients in the U.S. My responsibilities included conducting monthly sync-up meetings, processing payroll invoicing, and maintaining regular communication with both candidates and client companies. 

I was Business Development Manager for an E-commerce campaign. I cold call and do email marketing for high end clients who have 500 to 5000 employees like hospitals, construction companies etc. What we do is we customize items for their big events, those who want to put their company names in the products like pens, jackets etc. 

I was an Account Manager in a Real Estate Firm, handling people who are cold calling and email marketing. If the client is interested in selling their property, the agent will transfer the call to me. I also do cold calls for high end clients who own big lots, ranches and buildings. I set an appointment for my CEO to visit the property.

I was a Center Relationship Manager/Team Manager for a US Health Insurance Campaign, it’s a lead generation account, wherein we pre-qualify senior citizens who are aged 65 and up for Medicare and Medicaid purposes and endorse agents and centers to dial with the account. 

I was also a Customer Service/Telemarketer rep for many years, then got promoted to a supervisor and became a Cluster Manager with a Telco Account, its combination of customer service and sales. I handled 10 Team Leads with 200 FTEs. 

I worked as an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT TO THE CEOs / PROJECT MANAGER / TECHNICAL RECRUITER with a US based campaign who handles individual home-based team members and call center applications. We call the Presidents, Vice Presidents, Managers and the decision makers for their COMMERCIAL CLEANING to set the appointment for a free estimate. Handled the CEO's email, manage the CEO's scheduled appointments, communicate with the CEO's staffs, I do the RECRUITMENT; (do interviews, gave applicants exams and do call simulations) , TRAINING (do product training, gave trainees assessments and do mock calls), REVIEWING CALL - QA MANAGER, (manage to reach quotas, communicate feedback effectively and provide Action Plans and be able to handle outliers given a set of performance glide paths to ensure everything is in place) and MANAGING; the team members (monitoring their scores per day, checking their quality scores, monitoring their attendance every day and checking their productivity per day), all at the same time. I applied for this job because I believe I am capable of handling the tasks you're looking for.
