I have done over 3 years of work in customer service and I have also worked as a Virtual Assistant for two of the companies as well. I have worked for ASOS, Computacenter and Walt Disney. These three companies I worked as Virtual Assistant at and Computacenter, where I personally booked and arranged travel, transport and accommodation for all members of my team that worked at Computacenter using KDS.KDS was Computacenter in-house booking system that was used to book all travel, transport and accommodation. I also did all the admin work when I was work in their finance department. At ASOS I was my main duties was customer service which was sending e-mails to their customers using their in-house system, I would also help managers with so Virtual Assistant tasks as well.

When I was working for Walt Disney Store. I worked as mainly as a customer service agent. Where I was on the phone calls to customers as they were chasing up there delivers for the products they had ordered. I was also sending e-mails to any customers that had send e-malls in and replying to them with correct reply that was already pre-written by the Walt Disney in-house system. As you can see, I have a lot of experience in all three fields and I will work very well for you as a freelancer doing any of these jobs.
