I’ve always believed that the best way to be an asset to a team is to be the person who can "figure it out." I’m someone who genuinely enjoys the process of learning a new system, mastering it, and then finding ways to make it run better. I don’t just want to check boxes; I want to make sure the work I’m doing actually helps the business move forward.

Lately, I’ve been leaning into AI Improvement and Assessment. I find the logic behind how AI learns to be fascinating, and I enjoy being the "human filter" that ensures the data going into these systems is accurate and high-quality. Whether it’s labeling data, evaluating model outputs, or spotting patterns, I have a sharp eye for detail and the patience to get things right the first time. I’m comfortable with the technical side of things, even if I’m still growing my expertise, because I pick up new software and guidelines incredibly fast.

Beyond the tech side, I’ve developed a solid foundation in Bookkeeping and Data Entry. I’m the type of person who actually finds a lot of satisfaction in taking a messy pile of receipts or a disorganized spreadsheet and turning it into a clean, easy-to-read system. I understand that when it comes to money and data, there isn't much room for "close enough." I pride myself on being accurate, consistent, and reliable. If a task is on my plate, my team knows it’s going to get done without needing to be chased.

I’m a smart, proactive worker who doesn’t wait around to be told what to do next. If there’s a bottleneck in a process, I’ll try to find a way to fix it. If there’s a tool I don’t know yet, I’ll spend my evening watching tutorials until I’m comfortable with it. I’m 29, I have a solid head for numbers and logic, and I communicate clearly in both English and Turkish.
