I have 5.5 years experience with Customer Service and I've been working within the Financial services industry for 3 years. I started as an Apprentice and with hard work I finished my studies 3 months in advance, which enabled me to continue my development within the company. I've taking on extra tasks outside of my role to assist our Business Support Team with customer emails and queries for 1 year. I have kept the Team within their 48-hour timescale by working on the weekend for them. They now now they can count on me to help when they need it. I have also worked with our Business Improvement Team on various projects from data entry / validation to training new changes to policies to the wider department and auditing these changes.
