I am Daryll Mazon, took up BSIT and graduated year 2015. My first job was a Traffic Counter Specialist for 1 year and 3 months. We are collecting and recording traffic volumes and turning movements at highway intersections. 

Next, I was hired as a Customer Service Representatives. We are managing large amount of inbound calls, catering their issues or concern and provide good quality service by giving accurate information. 

After 10 months, I applied as a Staff Assistant in Engineering & Maintenance Department for 9 months. I can proudly say that I was able to handle all the tasks that I was assigned to do. My main responsibilities are; answering phone calls from different departments, took note of their concern or main problem that needs to be done. Dispatch plumbers, electricians, painters & carpenters by checking their schedule and follow up and close out work orders. Sometimes, I was also assigned to do their payroll. 

Lastly, my most recent job was a Client Technology Quality Specialist, I stayed in the company for 4 years. It is a social media platform where in we do content moderation. I am glad to share that I got an incentive for 7 consecutive months for being a good performer.

In my 7 years of experience, I can execute a range of administrative tasks efficiently and accurately with minimal supervision. I am reliable, trustworthy and efficient worker who has excellent time management skills and excellent organizational skills. One of my the key strength that I have is communication, building strong relationships with people in order to deliver results. I am able to work indigently as well as part of a team to provide outstanding support to the business. My attention to detail is excellent and I am always searching for ways to provide best possible service to clients. I am also a high motivated and enthusiastic with the ability to work under tight deadlines and complete challenging tasks.

I have a great IT skills and will use these to assist the business when needed.
