My name is May Ann Claire Ampusta, 28, from the Philippines, graduated with a Business Administration major in Financial Management. I have worked from home for more than two years and have virtually assisted 1 client and 1 corporation. I was a social media assistant to an E-commerce (with income mainly from online sales) company based in Singapore. My jobs were managing Ads in Facebook and Instagram, we used Discord as our communication and where we can find all the Ad links, hiding negative comments, answering customer's queries and updates in a timely manner in FB Page chatbox, FB engagement thru liking and response to customer comments, sharing and posting content on the page, inviting people to like and follow those FB Business Pages.

In addition, I was also a Chat Sales Representative and later on promoted as Chat Sales Manager in a sole proprietorship E-commerce company based in the Philippines. My main job was to lead my team members, convert the leads into sales. I did a multi-tasking job like responding to all the inquiries and messages and convert them to sales, promoting our undergarment product to clients/audiences, FB moderator, fulfilling customers’ orders in Shopify, data encoding and canceling orders in Shopify, process refunds, Sales reporting, upselling and cross-selling our undergarment products, posting customer's feedbacks and sharing content in the pages. I am also a top performer in our team with the highest sales of the month. I was able to hit 400 orders not included the upsell and cross-sell sales in a month.

I also have more than 5 years of experience in sales, accounting, and customer service within the physical fields of direct selling, hotelier, and real estate.
