I work as Report Analysis, Quality Assurance, IT Technical Assistance and Virtual Assistant. I'm working with different kinds of data. Calls data, queue data, sales data. Daily/Weekly and Monthly Report. I have good knowledge in analytics to advance excel to different kinds of reporting. Making different kinds of chart, trends chart, Pareto, pie, and dashboard. I have broad knowledge in computer from programming to network to hardware since it is my field of study. I'm internet savvy and I love exploring many things.
