The licnet, MEDCO, had a claim workflow running as a back-end enterprise application. It was implemented using
Message Driven Beans. The front-end was converted from Centura SQLWindows to Java using Spring as MVC
framework.
I lead a team of 10 developers, providing directions and mediating priorities between them and the customer US
developers and managers.

I was responsible for maintenance, finding bugs, fixing and tesing them; I also developed small new enhancements for
the portal.
