I’m a leader at IBM, focused on setting guidance for development, motivating technical teams and removing obstacles so they can perform at their best. I also actively participate in the candidate fulfillment process, focused on bringing the right candidates to join our squad.

I have over 18 years of experience in software development lifecycle, working 8 years as a developer and the last 10 years in various roles of coordination and management, such as scrum master, project manager and program manager.

My background in software development facilitates my communication with the technical team and bring me closer with them. My technical background comprises programming languages such as Java, PHP, JavaScript and industry known frameworks as Spring Boot, Spring Security.

Amongst other traits I have:

·     Experience managing remote employees.

·     Experience setting a high bar for excellence across your engineering team, and putting systems in place to measure against that bar.

·     A passion for understanding customers and their needs. Empathizing with our customers in order to build the right set of engineering practices .

·     Experience leading teams executing on product development, or working very closely with product development teams.

·     Outstanding interpersonal skills: written and verbal, in-person, and remote.

I’m adept at prioritizing and balancing multiple projects in a constantly evolving environment, and I thrive when developing people, not just products.

I’m an Italian citizen, available to work from Italy or Brazil, I can be hired directly or as an “individual company” registered in either Italy or Brazil.
