For 3 years I worked as a CSR, addressing billing inquiries, basic troubleshooting, and managing customer accounts.

I did a virtual assistant job for an E-commerce store owner. Managing email, answering customer inquiries about the product through email and placing orders to suppliers. Creating sheets to track order status from being placed to ship out the status and product listing.

I am goal-oriented, I want things to be done as told. I am self-motivated, I believe that if you put your heart and mind to it you can do it easily.
