For my work experience,I previously worked as a customer service representative at Teleperformance based here in Cagayan de Oro City. During my employment at Teleperfomance, I was able to handle 2 accounts. For the first account, I was able to handle Hilton account, wherein I was one of the reservation specialist. So basically we handled hotel reservations, it could be booking a room, handling payment and even refunds to a cancelled reservation,and also assist customers with their concerns and inquiries.

However, since Pandemic happens, all of the Hotels where temporarily closed down. So we have been transitioned to a different account (telecommunication) which is the T-Mobile. So what we do, is we handle everything in the account. It could be explaining to the customers about their bill, process payments to their mobile plans, adding a service to their account. We also do process warranty exchange and insurance of their lost or defective phones . We also help them out with their service issue by doing basic troubleshooting and also assist them in making an order, it could be phones or phone accesories. 

Since I got pregnant, I have to quit my corporate job and tried to ventured out in working remotely. So participated on trainings that I could find online and applied here in Ourtsouce Access. Where my first client is the Lendistry. I worked with my client as a Business Support Analyst. So basically what we do is we process grant applications and we make sure that all the documents required arebeing submitted. With that we always make sure that every document submitted validated and verified. So we do preliminary Fraud research by pulling criminal and credit report, check their business banking information, business licenses, ID's and verified if their tax return are being filed. We also communicate with our applicant's in case there are information needed to be verified from them. Once a specific program has ended, we also do audits on the applications just make sure that the process is thorough.
