I am a partnerships and go-to-market leader with over 20 years of experience helping SaaS companies turn early traction into predictable revenue.

My career has been built around one core outcome: designing and executing growth systems that scale. I have grown agencies and SaaS businesses from $0 to $250K ARR, scaled companies from $1M to $1.7M ARR in under 18 months, and generated hundreds of thousands in partner-sourced revenue by building repeatable GTM and partnership engines from the ground up.

My work spans positioning, market segmentation, partner ecosystem design, sales enablement, onboarding frameworks and long-cycle B2B deal execution. I specialise in bridging the gap between strategy and execution by building the playbooks and then personally running the first campaigns, partnerships and deals to prove the channel before scaling it.

Today, I lead partnerships and go-to-market strategy at Product Fruits, where I focus on turning the product into a primary growth channel. I work closely with founders and growth teams to improve activation, feature adoption and self-serve conversion by designing in-product growth frameworks that compound over time.

Alongside this, I advise early-stage SaaS companies on building sustainable growth systems that prioritise long-term revenue over short-term spikes, and manage a series of Airbnbs
