I am a dedicated Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) professional with a strong background in public health, community engagement, and data-driven program management. Over the past years, I have supported the design, implementation, and oversight of various health-related initiatives, working closely with district health teams, community leaders, and implementing partners.
My core responsibilities include providing technical support in monitoring, evaluation, and supervision of public health activities, ensuring timely data reporting, analysis, and use for informed decision-making. I have hands-on experience with national health information systems such as DHIS2 and other digital platforms, which I use to improve data quality and streamline performance tracking at both facility and community levels.
I have been actively involved in training and mentoring local facilitators, health professionals, and community-based organizations, enhancing their capacity to collect, report, and use health data effectively. I also support the coordination of field supervision visits, review meetings, and quality assurance exercises to identify challenges and propose evidence-based solutions.
One of the key areas I am passionate about is community development, especially in addressing issues like early unions and gender-based violence. I have worked on multisectoral projects aimed at preventing early unions among adolescents in targeted districts, where I helped coordinate awareness campaigns, mobilize community actors, and monitor intervention progress.
My approach is collaborative and impact-focused, ensuring that all stakeholders are engaged, empowered, and aligned with project objectives. I am known for being organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic field contexts.
Fluent in Portuguese and with a working knowledge of English, I am comfortable working in multicultural environments and across diverse sectors. I am constantly seeking opportunities to strengthen my skills, contribute to meaningful change, and support data-informed decision-making for better health outcomes.
