Massab Bin Naeem

I am a Software Engineer and E-commerce Specialist with a passion for technology, digital business, and customer experience. My journey started in 2013 when I took on the role of Assistant Coordinator at PCS High School, where I developed organizational and administrative skills. In 2020, I transitioned into teaching computer science and managing policy administration at the same institution, further honing my ability to educate and lead.

In 2023, I gained valuable customer service experience at Next Generation Company in Gulzar-e-Quaid, where I handled customer inquiries via calls and emails. This role deepened my understanding of customer relations and reinforced my ability to resolve issues effectively.

Since 2024, I have been actively managing Shopify stores, including Essentials Hub Store and Khazanamart / HS Emporium. My responsibilities involve store development, inventory management, logistics, and customer satisfaction. I also implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive traffic and sales, leveraging platforms like TikTok Ads and Amazon Dropshipping (FBA).

Currently, I am expanding my expertise through Ecomsphere Studios, a platform dedicated to educating aspiring entrepreneurs in Shopify Store Development, Digital Marketing, and E-commerce. By combining my technical skills with my business acumen, I aim to empower individuals to build and scale successful online ventures.
