My virtual career began as a Social Media Assistant in 2016 where I handled the client's various social networks. As the content creator and publisher for each weekly publication, I made sure I had all the necessary parts were there to complete my project.
My career advancement took me through the position of Client Success Manager, Operations & Project Manager. I am in a hybrid type of role where I am responsible for the daily operational processes and procedures supporting the agency and the agency's clients, including onboarding and offboarding of clients. In addition, my role entails developing customer relationships that will foster retention and loyalty.
