From a young age, I’ve been driven by curiosity, creativity, and the desire to connect people through meaningful ideas. My first major project was organizing an Intercultural Festival for Black Heritage Day while still in high school. I convinced local sponsors to fund the event, coordinated the logistics, and built partnerships to celebrate cultural identity and inclusion. That experience awakened my passion for communication, leadership, and purpose-driven collaboration.
I went on to earn my Law degree, where I developed a strong interest in Intellectual Property and the protection of creative work. Throughout university, I combined my academic formation with real-world experience, building two years of legal practice that began as a Legal Assistant and quickly progressed to Coordinator. My commitment and adaptability led to a promotion to Litigation Director for an American law firm specializing in Personal Injury. In that role, I managed a bilingual team, handled complex case documentation, and ensured precise communication between English- and Spanish-speaking clients and attorneys. The experience strengthened my skills in leadership, strategic thinking, and high-stakes communication under pressure.
Currently, I am expanding my expertise beyond law through a certified course in Digital Marketing at one of Colombia’s top private universities. I am applying this knowledge in real time by developing branding and sales strategies for an author, including his rebranding and personal brand management. This work has allowed me to merge my legal precision with creative storytelling and market strategy: a combination that helps ideas and projects find their true audience. In parallel, I’ve become an active panelist and advocate for civil rights, focusing on representation, racial equity, and access to professional opportunities. Through this work, I engage in conversations that challenge stereotypes, promote inclusion, and empower emerging voices, particularly young Black professionals and women entering competitive industries.
Across all these experiences, I’ve cultivated a versatile skill set grounded in critical thinking, storytelling, cross-cultural understanding, and community engagement. I am fluent in English and Spanish, comfortable navigating multicultural environments, and confident in translating complex concepts into accessible, impactful communication.
As a Black woman, I’m committed to excellence, authenticity, and representation in every space I step into. My goal is to continue growing in competitive, challenging environments where I can bring together my analytical rigor, creativity, and passion for human connection: becoming the best version of myself as both a professional and a changemaker.
