Created a Label for her bank “OPay” notifications only to enable easy confirmation of
payments. Also managed her inbox from over 3,806 unread messages to inbox zero.

Appointment Scheduling & Calendar Management
"My client requested that I create a recurring appointment for weekly consultations with their customer. The consultation needed to take place every
Wednesday, occur exactly 5 times in total, and then automatically end after the fifth session without requiring manual cancellation”
I scheduled the consultation using Google Calendar with Google Meet integration. I set up the meeting to repeat weekly on Wednesdays, limited
the recurrence to 5 occurrences, and ensured the appointment link was automatically included for each session. This allowed my client and their
customer to receive seamless reminders, join via the same Meet link each week, and have the series automatically conclude after the final
consultation.

Forms and Feedback Management
“I want to send feedback forms to my client but I don’t know how to get their responses.”
Created a Google form to get a survey of client’s services and linked to Google sheet
documents to get a responses which includes customers email addresses.
