I am Maryam, a professional Electrical Engineer with 4 years of experience in Technical writing, marketing, technical sales, business development, and majorly customer relationship management in the renewable energy sector. As a customer service specialist, I have always handled customer queries and resolved any issues that might arrive during Lead to Project execution. I have been responsible for customer meetings, including in-person discussions, help over-the-phone calls, chat & email support & marketing. I did a great job throughout my 4 years of professional career because I have always been a problem solver & attentive to detail with extraordinary communication skills.

I define myself as highly adaptable because no matter the length of your career, customer service is a versatile market and only the ones who believe in adaptability can ace this market. By joining Hubstaff Talent, I am starting my remote career, there are several personal reasons behind that but I like to keep myself up and running to always learn new things no matter if you're working on-site or otherwise.
